Report an AI reply
To report an AI reply, open Message options on that reply and choose Report. To report a conversation, open More options and choose Report conversation. AI characters are fictional, and replies may be inaccurate. For help accessing your account, contact support.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription or request a refund. You can delete your account without first canceling a subscription, but billing can continue until you cancel with the provider that bills you.

- For a website purchase, use Access & billing in your signed-in account or the billing instructions from your original receipt. Contact support if you cannot access them.
