Who provides the service

Connected Media Inc provides Amorist for personal, lawful entertainment. Contact support@connectedmedia.co for support. These Terms cover our website and mobile apps.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the service. The age confirmation is your declaration; it is not identity verification. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

Adult accounts can choose fictional romance through their conversations. You choose whether to continue or leave a conversation. No character or AI output represents a real person’s consent, feelings or dependence on you.

Fictional characters and AI limitations

Characters and their experiences are fictional. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional decisions. The service is not a substitute for real-world relationships or professional support.

No payment represents a character’s feelings, consent or dependence on you.

Your contributions and acceptable use

Only submit material you have the right to use. You retain any rights you hold in your own contributions. You allow us and necessary service providers to process, store and display that material to run your conversations, account history and service safeguards.

Do not submit unlawful material, sexual content involving anyone under 18, threats, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not bypass security, access another account, disrupt the service or try to extract private system information.

Purchases and access

Only offers actually displayed by the service are available. Before committing to a purchase, review the payment provider, currency, total price, tax, included benefits and billing period. The seller and payment recipient for website purchases is Jacob Gordon. Stripe processes the payment; the statement descriptor is shown before checkout.

Memberships renew at the displayed monthly or annual price until canceled. Access continues through the verified paid period after an end-of-period cancellation. Annual memberships still refresh their included message credits monthly. Unused monthly membership credits expire at the displayed monthly refresh and do not roll over. Scheduled plan changes take effect at the next renewal; the new paid-period benefits require verification of that renewal payment.

Message credits, coins and diamonds are distinct virtual balances with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as money. Purchased message-credit packs and purchased diamonds do not expire under the displayed offer. Model credit costs are shown before use. Failed replies that are confirmed not to have completed do not consume message credits; an uncertain payment or generation can remain pending until verified. Free models use no message credits, but service rate limits and availability still apply. A Pro Chat Package covers Pro replies while active and does not cover Ultra reply costs or add a monthly message-credit allowance.

A monthly capacity pack requires a paid membership and is limited to one capacity purchase per monthly credit cycle across sizes. Its credits expire at that cycle’s displayed refresh, including on annual memberships; purchasing a pack does not move the refresh date. Coins can be exchanged only through the displayed reward-redemption offers. Diamonds can unlock the content identified before you confirm a spend. Virtual balances are not interchangeable unless an explicit conversion offer says otherwise.

An eligible newcomer offer is a one-time $0.99 purchase of 60 diamonds, 300 coins and five days of Standard model access and memory. It is available once per account before the first purchase. The trial does not renew or automatically start a subscription and does not add a paid monthly allowance; the ordinary Free monthly allowance keeps its existing schedule. Its five-day window starts from the verified purchase time. Taxes may apply.

We apply purchases after provider verification; returning from checkout does not establish payment or delivery. Refunds, chargebacks or reversals can withdraw the benefits funded by that payment, including a trial or content unlock. Refunds and cancellation follow the applicable offer, provider process and mandatory consumer rights. Contact support for payment questions. Manage a subscription with its original payment provider; account deletion does not cancel it.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. Account → Delete account requests permanent removal of your active account and conversations, subject to the retention described in the Privacy notice. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription or promise a refund.

We may restrict activity that violates these Terms or threatens safety, security or service availability. Features may be unavailable during maintenance or when a provider fails. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular AI response.

Service materials and changes

The interface and provided character materials are available for use within the service. These Terms do not grant ownership of the service, its branding or another person’s material. AI-generated output may not be unique; rights in it depend on applicable law.

We will communicate changes to the service or these Terms as appropriate. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
